search for Chamberlain suspended

GOFUNDME – On Sunday, Lloyd Chamberlain went out fishing and did not return.
Chamberlain’s boat was found offshore, and as the search has been suspended, please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers. Donations will go directly to Melody Russell and her three children to help with the day-to-day costs.
Any donation of any amount would help the family through this tough time. Melody is currently not working and any contribution will help.
“God bless you all and Godspeed to Lloyd in a safe return home! Thank you all,” the Chamberlain family and friends said on Go Fund Me.
The search for 38-year-old Chamberlain was suspended at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, following three days of exhaustive searching from Vero Beach to Flagler Beach, a spokesperson with the Coast Guard says.
“I want to extend my sincere condolences to the family and friends of Lloyd Chamberlain,” said Lt.j.g. Kathryn Weber, command duty officer at Coast Guard Sector Jacksonville.
“The Coast Guard prides itself on rescuing survivors and returning them to their friends and family, which makes the decision to suspend a search and rescue case extremely difficult.”
