New Space Coast Plaza On Grissom Parkway Will Feature Modern Design, Space For 10 Businesses

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE – The Space Coast Plaza, planned for Grissom Parkway, near the new Eckler’s distribution center and Space Coast Regional Airport, will provide space for up to 10 businesses and will use varied materials, such as stone and brick.
Rabits & Romano Architecture, Planning and Design was selected to design the 10,000 square-foot retail center and will incorporate a modern design, with clean lines, glass storefronts and varied materials, such as stone and brick.
The retail spaces will be ideal for new restaurants, cafes, stores and offices. There will also be space for outdoor dining.
