Brevard Cultural Alliance Seeking Instructors For Arts Education Programs

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard Cultural Alliance is seeking instructors for its 2016-17 arts education programs.
If you have experience teaching a particular artistic discipline and are interested in participating in the program, the Brevard Cultural Alliance invites you to apply.
For more than 25 years, the Brevard Cultural Alliance has served as a committed partner to local schools and community organizations, channeling existing resources within the arts sector for the benefit of Brevard’s students, families and educators.
Last year, the organization implemented 38 artist residencies at 24 different school sites, serving more than 2,300 students with direct instruction by teaching artists.
Brevard Cultural Alliance is interested in offering (but not limited to) the following disciplines:
- Illustration and comics
- Murals and mosaics
- Printmaking (silkscreen, linocut, lithography, etc.)
- Digital art & graphic design
- Video production, photography and animation
- Theatre
- Dance
- Vocal music, chorus and musical theatre
- 3D Art (sculpting, ceramics, industrial design, etc.)
- STEAM Projects: Integration of any artistic discipline into STEM (Science, Tech, Engineering and Math)
