BREVARD COUNTY • PORT CANAVERAL, FLORIDA – Amanda Brailsford-Urbina recently joined the Canaveral Port Authority as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Brailsford-Urbina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Sociology from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Business Administration with a Human Resources emphasis from Central Michigan University.

Her career spans two decades of increasingly demanding roles withinHuman Resources, including recent jobs in Qatar as Director of Human Resources for Weill Cornell Medical College and Human Resources Director for St. Regis Hotel.

She previously worked for profit and non-profit organizations in Florida and Michigan.
