Florida Institute Of Technology’s Fatigue Management Institute To Host Two Free Workshops

The workshops run from 5:30-7 p.m. in Room 104 of Florida Tech’s Harris Commons, 3011 S. Babcock St., across from the main Florida Tech campus.

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Two free workshops Nov. 3 and Nov. 10 from Florida Institute of Technology’s Fatigue Management Institute will offer people suffering from rheumatic disorders information and advice on successfully managing this condition.

Led by clinical psychology doctoral students, the workshops will allow participants to:

  • Gain a better understanding of rheumatic disorder related fatigue and stress;
    Develop new life-long skills to help manage stress and fatigue;
    Incorporate healthy behaviors that promote positive lifestyle changes.
    Each workshop will feature different themes and interactive activities to facilitate discussion and learning.

The workshops run from 5:30-7 p.m. in Room 104 of Florida Tech’s Harris Commons, 3011 S. Babcock St., across from the main Florida Tech campus.
