McDonald’s restaurants in Central Florida have announced new digital, self-order kiosks that make ordering and paying easy. Customers can pay with their card directly at the kiosk, or print their receipt and pay at the cash register, or use Apple or Android Pay.

Customers can use the kiosks to browse the menu, find new options, and tailor their meal just the way they want it.
New split front counters create a smoother process for customers to order and pick up their meal with easy-to-read digital menu boards.

How Customers Are Served

McDonald’s is introducing table service for customers to have a more relaxing dine-in experience.

McDonald’s is known for its world-class training programs, and it is working with restaurant teams and crew members to place a higher emphasis on hospitality by focusing on table service, greeting customers, assisting with technology, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

New Food Options

McDonald’s is introducing Signature Crafted recipes, which allow customers to craft their perfect sandwich by selecting 100% beef or juicy grilled or crispy chicken, picking an artisan roll or sesame seed bun, and choosing from one of three new signature recipes.

The three new recipes include Maple Bacon Dijon, Pico Guacamole or Sweet BBQ Bacon. All recipes include premium ingredients like guacamole made with Hass avocados, crispy Applewood smoked bacon, and grilled onions.

McDonald’s continues to make improvements to classic menu items by changing how we sear our beef on the grill, switching from margarine to real butter on our breakfast items, revitalizing our salad blend, and more.
