(MASHABLE) –  A pilot of a United flight from San Francisco to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, used the plane’s intercom system to address passengers after a racially charged post-election fight broke out on board Friday.

According to the clip’s YouTube description, the fight started when, “an individual with a ‘plaid shirt and a camo cap’ said something racist (about being ‘glad to have kept his guns’) to an African American lady, and she began to cry and freak out.”

The two passengers were reportedly separated, and the captain of the flight came on the plane’s PA system to set things straight.

“I understand everybody has their opinions; that’s fine. If you support him, great. If you don’t, I understand,” said the captain in reference to president-elect Donald Trump.
