Highs Friday Will Be In Low 60s, Overnight Lows Friday Will Dip Into Mid 30s to mid 40s

NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – A cold front currently moving into North Florida will bring much cooler temperatures Thursday evening into early Friday morning to Central Florida.
The highs on Friday will reach the low to mid 60s, and overnight lows Friday will range from mid 30s to mid 40s.
Clouds will continue to increase across the region into Thursday evening in advance of an approaching cold front which will reach the area before midnight.
Scattered showers will move into areas north of Scottsmoor during the late afternoon and early evening. A brief heavy shower will be possible. Farther south, isolated showers may affect areas down to Osceola and Brevard Counties during the evening. West winds will remain gusty, between 15 and 25 mph at times.
Along the coast, a moderate risk of rip currents will continue through sunset. Use caution if entering the surf and never swim alone.
