BREVARD COUNTY • PORT CANAVERAL, FLORIDA – The Space Coast FPRA Media Summit, the area’s most anticipated annual media event, returns to Port Canaveral for the fourth consecutive year on Thursday, April 20, and will feature a new format.
The summit will take place at the Canaveral Port Authority Maritime Center, located at 445 Challenger Road in Port Canaveral.
“Digital Culture Shock: ‘Fake’ News and the Evolving Journalism Landscape” brings print, digital and broadcast professionals from Brevard and Central Florida together in one room to answer your questions, and provide the most up-to-date developments in today’s world of media coverage.
The Space Coast FPRA Media Summit registration and networking will begin at 8 a.m. The program starts at 8:30 a.m. and will include Space Coast FPRA’s presentation of their Local Image Awards.
The cost is $35 for Space Coast FPRA members, $50 for non-members and $30 for students. Registration includes breakfast, lunch and a list of media contacts.
