BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Palm Bay Police have arrested 54-year-old Claire Louise Mimier, of Evergreen Street, in Palm Bay for Felony Animal Cruelty and Misdemeanor Animal Cruelty against ‘Carrie.’
Brevard County Animal Control Officers immediately took “Carrie” to the animal hospital for treatment.
Mimier was charged with Felony Animal Cruelty and 1 count of Misdemeanor Animal Cruelty for “Carrie” and a second K-9 located inside the residence.
