LEAD Brevard Elects 3 New Board of Directors For 2017–2018, Join 14 Re-elected For Another Term

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Three new local leaders have been elected to the Board of Directors for LEAD Brevard for the upcoming year June 2017 – May 2018.
They join 14 returning board members, re-elected for another term.
Elections were held during the organization’s annual meeting on May 11 as a portion of the evening of the graduation of the Leadership Brevard Class of 2017.
Newly elected are: John Diamantas, Program Manager, Luke & Associates, Inc, Dale Dupree, Partner/President of Sales, Dedicated IT and Chris Kern, Director of Operations and Sustained Giving, Health First Foundation.
Returning to board service are Josh Field, Parrish Medical Center; Phil Bryden, Optimize Aerospace Corporation; Laurie Cappelli, Community Credit Union; John Craig, Brevard County School Board; Mike Durante, Berman, Hopkins, Wright & LaHam, CPA’s and Associates, LLP and Chris Fox, Parrish Medical Center Healthcare at Port St. John.
Also returning is Bart Gaetjens, Florida Power & Light; Beth Gitlin, BJG Global Consultants; Gina Kaiser, Florida Today Communications; Dale Ketcham, Space Florida; Michele Murrell, YMCA of Central Florida; Kimberly Bonder Rezanka, Cantwell & Goldman, P.A.; Vinnie Taranto, Media-Over-Matter Productions, LC and Milo Zonka, Brevard County Property Appraiser’s Office.

Officers for the 2017- 2018 fiscal year are Josh Field, Chairman of the Board; Phil Bryden, Chairman Elect, Laurie Cappelli, Treasurer and Milo Zonka, Immediate Past Chairman of the board of directors.

LEAD Brevard was founded in 1985.
The organization’s’ flagship program Leadership Brevard sees 60 local leaders engaged from September through April developing leadership skills and professional networks, in dialogue about key county and regional issues, and exploring opportunities for increased civic involvement.
