BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Don’t miss the Space Coast’s exciting Galactic Fundraising Star Wars Premiere Party on Friday, Dec. 15, which will benefit the Children’s Hunger Project.

In addition to fun activities and delicious fare, this event will feature a private showing of “Star Wars: The Last Jedi” at the Oaks Stadium 10.

All proceeds from this event will benefit The Children’s Hunger Project, which helps as many Brevard County elementary school children as possible to carry food home for the weekend in their backpack. Their goal is to ensure that elementary school children, at least on weekends, will have basic nutrition.

In addition to food deliveries during the school year, thousands of additional packages of food are distributed during the summer as the charity, with support from Project Hunger, works with the Feed and Read program of United Way.

“They are currently on target to serve 1,600 children right here in Brevard this year, and with your help, we can help them reach their goal of 3,000 children served,” said Rock Paper Simple Head Honcho and “Star Wars: The Last Jedi” event organizer Josh Adams.
