Florida Tech Lacrosse Player Logan Sweeney Earns USILA All-American Honors

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA– Florida Tech’s Logan Sweeney has been named an Honorable Mention All-American by the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association.

Sweeney is the third player in men’s lacrosse program history to collect All-American honors.

The junior midfielder joins Addison Abramson and Grant Hughes who earned All-American laurels following the 2017 season.

Sweeney, who garnered his second straight First Team All-Sunshine State Conference nod this season, led Florida Tech in scoring with a career-high 39 points on 27 goals and 12 assists.

The Sykesville, Maryland product’s 27 goals this season rank fourth in the program’s single-season record book, while his 39 points are sixth all-time in a single season.
