BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Eastern Florida State College softball player Annalyn Duncan had a big week and is named the FCSAA Division I Player of the Week.

The sophomore from Debary, Florida was 10-for-12 last week with a couple of doubles, a home run and scored eight runs while driving in 13. It is the first time that Duncan has been named the player of the week.

Against No. 12 Seminole State College Duncan went 6-for-7 with six RBI and scored four times, hitting a home run in the first game of the doubleheader.

For the season, Duncan is hitting .500 with three home runs and has scored 23 runs. The second baseman has driven in 38 runs which is tied for first in the FCSAA and tied for second in NJCAA Division I softball.

Duncan and the Titans will travel to Indian River State College Tuesday for a Citrus Conference doubleheader beginning at 4 p.m.
