Have you ever wondered what months are the best time to sell property in Brevard County? We assist many out-of-town buyers and a good majority of them ask when is the best time to buy on Florida’s Space Coast. Usually, we follow with “Do you mean for a buyer’s discount or available inventory?”

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Have you ever wondered what months are the best time to sell property in Brevard County?

We assist many out-of-town buyers and a good majority of them ask when is the best time to buy on Florida’s Space Coast. Usually, we follow with “Do you mean for a buyer’s discount or available inventory?”

Most reply that they are interested in purchasing when the prices are lowest, obviously.

I then tell them that for the last 74 months in a row, the median sales prices for single-family homes has gone up month-after-month in Brevard County.

Other buyers say they will just wait until summertime when there are fewer snow-birds here and more available inventory to pick from. Unfortunately, that is not true.

June is the Hottest Month To Sell Property in Brevard County

For the last 3 years in a row, the month of June had the most closed sales in Brevard County. This includes single-family, condos, townhomes, timeshares and mobile homes per BrevardMLS.
