PUERTO RICO (FOX 35) – A Norwegian Cruise Line ship that departed from Port Canaveral was damaged after crashing into a pier in Puerto Rico on Tuesday.
A video was posted of the incident and is going viral. You can watch it above.
Norwegian Cruise Line responded to the tweet hours later. They said that on Tuesday, as the Norwegian Epic was maneuvering into the Port of San Juan, Puerto Rico, prevailing winds caused the ship to veer towards the pier.
Two mooring points were damaged.
