Titusville Man Dead After Shooting Breaks Out In Mims, One Hospitalized

The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a deadly shooting in Mims that killed a Titusville man on Sunday.

BREVARD COUNTY • MIMS, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a deadly shooting in Mims that killed a Titusville man on Sunday.

Deputies began their investigation shortly before 8 p.m. when they received a call about the shooting on the 2800 block of East Main Street.

During the incident, two people were injured and taken to local area hospitals. One of those individuals injured has since died from his injuries.

The man who died was from Titusville, according to the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office. His identity will released, once the family has been properly notified.

Investigators say a large fight took place on East Main Street which led to gunshots being fired.
