BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Panthers played their last game of the regular season on Senior Day in which they defeated the Tars. Florida Tech finished with a 29-18 record and a conference record of 17-11.

Before the game, all seniors were recognized for all of their hard work throughout the years and this season.

Rhett Willis pitched an outstanding two innings allowing two hits, nor runs and no walks. The right hander also recorded five strikeouts. Justin Lorenz was the winning pitcher in today’s senior day game pitching three innings allowing a run, two walks, and two strikeouts. He finished the 2019 season with a 4-2 record.

Offensively, Raul Quintero had an impressive last game going 2-for-3 with three RBI’s. The three RBI double came in the first inning giving the Panthers a three nothing lead over the Tars. Quintero finished the year hitting .353 leading the Panthers.

Rodine Bernard finished the year strong going 2-for-3 with a run scored. He finished the year hitting .326, 36 runs scored, and 63 hits.

The Panthers are hoping to hear their name call tomorrow in the 2019 NCAA selection show at 10 a.m.
