Eastern Florida State Golfer Beck Fox Named to Srixon/Cleveland All-America Scholars List

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Eastern Florida State College sophomore Beck Fox was named to the Srixon/Cleveland Golf All-America Scholars list.

The sophomore from Vero Beach was one of 18 recipients in the NJCAA with a 3.48 grade point average while leading the Titans men’s golf team.

Fox was named second team All-American after finishing tied for 12th in the NJCAA Division I National Championship Tournament.

To be eligible for Srixon/Cleveland Golf All-America Scholar status an individual must be receiving their Associate’s Degree and in there final year of athletic eligibility in the NJCAA.

In addition, they have to participate in 50 percent of his team’s competitive rounds, have a stroke-average under 77.0 in NJCAA and maintain a minimum cumulative career grade-point average of 3.2.

A recipient must also be of high moral character and be in good standing at his college or university.

Fox also made the Florida College System Activities Association All-Academic team for the second straight season.
