SPACE COAST DAILY TV: In the latest edition of “Sit Down with Steve,” Steve Wilson talks with local singer/songwriter Anja about her upcoming European Spring Tour and much more.
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Anja Conklin is a singer-songwriter from south Brevard County that continues to make a name for herself.
Her singing style might be called alternative rock, but she can do a little bit of everything.
Well versed on the piano and ukulele, Anja specializes on the guitar. Performing since she was nine years old, and professionally since the age of 12, Anja continues to shine.
While recently on tour in Los Angeles, she was seen by the right person and invited to be a part of a European Tour in the spring of 2020 and her excitement sines through when she talks about the upcoming tour.
Never having been to Europe, she is extremely excited about, not only the tour but seeing and visiting new places.
However, make no mistake, this will be a “business” trip for Anja. She is all about singing and songwriting.
When asked why she does what she does, her answer was simple, and to the point, “Singing is my passion. I can’t imagine doing anything else.”
And, if you’ve ever seen Anja perform you can understand is a very special young lady with a very special talent. We are very fortunate on the Space Coast to call her one of our own.
