BREVARD WEATHER: Saturday’s Forecast Calls for Thunderstorms, Wind Gusts Up to 25 MPH

SPACE COAST DAILY TV WEATHER UPDATE: Space Coast Daily’s Chris Bonanno discusses Brevard’s rainy weather and discusses the weather forecast for games involving the state’s college football teams on Saturday.
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Saturday’s forecast call for showers and possibly a thunderstorm, mainly before 2 pm, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2 pm.
Some of the storms could produce gusty winds. Temperatures will be high near 84 with a south southeast wind 5 to 10 mph, increasing to 15 to 20 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 25 mph.
Chance of precipitation is 90%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.
On Saturday night, there is a 30 percent chance of showers, mainly before midnight. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 72. South southwest wind 5 to 10 mph.
Sunday: A 20 percent chance of showers. Mostly sunny, with a high near 85. West southwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming north northwest in the afternoon.
Sunday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 71. East wind around 5 mph.
Monday: A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly sunny, with a high near 85. East wind 5 to 10 mph.

Tuesday: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly sunny, with a high near 89. South southwest wind 5 to 10 mph.
