BREVARD COUNTY • MERRITT ISLAND, FLORIDA – Florida East Coast Real Estate has relocated to 423 West Merritt Island Causeway in Merritt Island near the corner of State Road 520 and South Tropical Trail.

The brokerage, led by Owner/Broker Lynnette Hendricks and her 22 years of Brevard County real estate experience, has undergone both team and significant sales growth over the past year.

The new location has been custom-designed to accommodate today’s busy real estate agent providing individual agent on-the-go workspace, training, conference, administrative and marketing support space.

A café-style gathering room provides an informal area for team collaboration and client consultation in total comfort.

“With the evolution of real estate and the ongoing conversation about the impersonal ‘iBuyer’ real estate business model, I’m finding that our customers truly appreciate the personal approach that we offer at FECRE,” said Hendricks.

“With the evolution of real estate and the ongoing conversation about the impersonal ‘iBuyer’ real estate business model, I’m finding that our customers truly appreciate the personal approach that we offer at FECRE,” said Florida East Coast Real Estate Owner/Broker Lynnette Hendricks

“We’re in the service business and our team is extremely customer-centric always going the extra mile. I truly feel that we’ve raised the bar for our business and I place a strong emphasis on training here.

“We offer agent training surrounding important topics like branding, social media, contract negotiations, listings and marketing; helping our agents enhance their own business models and grow within our brokerage,”

 said Hendricks.

The new location also offers the FECRE brand enhanced visibility as the intersection of Tropical Trail and State Road 520 offers exceptional exposure.

The new office is centrally located at the gateway to South Tropical Trail, close to Cocoa Village, U.S. Highway 1 and a short distance to the beachside.

“We have agents located in every corner of Brevard County including Cocoa Beach, Merritt Island, Cocoa, Rockledge, Titusville, Melbourne, Palm Bay and even in Orlando – so a central location was critical to our expansion,” said Hendricks.

As part of the building’s remodel for the new office, large colorful backlit awnings were installed using low energy consumption LED technology.

“We’ve implemented new marketing tools and technology to help the agents become more efficient and successful, including lead generation systems, CRM (customer relationship management) systems and agent video marketing programs,” said Jon Scott Santy, Broker Associate and Marketing Director for Hendricks.

“We’re a smaller, family-style brokerage harnessing all of the advanced marketing tools of the ‘big box’ brokerages,” said Santy.

“Instead of paying out thousands in franchise fees to out-of-area corporate organizations, we’re able to keep the money local supporting local businesses, and most importantly we’re able to spend more on marketing our sellers’ properties.”

Hendricks said that Florida East Coast Real Estate is growing and changing to meet the needs of its customers and growing team at a time when many brokerages are reducing their footprint, office space and overall size.
