“This honor is just the next step in an incredible journey by one of the hardest-working players I’ve ever coached. Derek’s commitment to always getting better is off the charts. He epitomizes Florida Tech’s new motto. ‘The Relentless Pursuit of Greatness’ is a perfect description of Derek Murphy!”
