Crydermans Barbecue in Cocoa is celebrating Independence Day weekend with a lineup of limited-time specials, featuring smoked meats and festive desserts available beginning Friday.

BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – Crydermans Barbecue in Cocoa is celebrating Independence Day weekend with a lineup of limited-time specials, featuring smoked meats and festive desserts available beginning Friday.
The barbecue restaurant’s Fourth of July specials will run Friday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., or until sold out.
Customers are encouraged to arrive early for one of the weekend’s featured items: Prime Brisket Burnt Ends, a fan favorite known for its rich flavor and caramelized bark.
Crydermans is also offering full racks of ribs available hot or cold and served unsliced.
Specials include the Billion Dollar Baby Back Ribs for $35 and Cheshire Pork Spare Ribs for $55.
To round out the holiday menu, the restaurant is serving two specialty desserts. Nana’s Red, White, and Blue Bread Puddin’ features blueberry bread pudding topped with whipped cream and macerated strawberries in a patriotic presentation.
Also on the menu is Strawberry Crack Puddin’, an elevated vanilla pudding blended with macerated strawberries and topped with dark chocolate caramel crack.
The restaurant noted that all Fourth of July specials are available while supplies last, and popular items are expected to sell out quickly throughout the holiday weekend.
