BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – It is officially the fall season. Besides all the festive décor lining storefronts and a subtle pumpkin and apple spice aroma filling your nostrils, the air is starting to make its way to cooler temperatures, which means being outdoors is all the more appealing.
Some of you may choose to take more bike rides, long walks, or peruse outdoor farmer and craft markets. However, there are other ways to enjoy this season that may be a new idea for some of you.
And as the weather begins to cool down, especially in these weeks and months to come, now is the perfect time to consider camping.

This is a great spot where access to urban amenities is on site, but you get the feel of being “one with nature.” And with a leash-free area, bring along your furry companion to make this a trip for every member of your family.
Canaveral National Seashore – Titusville
If you’re looking to “rough-it” for a few days, then backcountry camping at Canaveral National Seashore is the spot for you. This place is perfect for those planning to bring your boat or kayak for both fishing and recreation.
