BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA – The Cooking Channel’s popular show “Carnival Eats,” hosted by the charismatic Noah Cappe, is at Space Coast Daily Park this week filming an upcoming show featuring the culinary delights at the Space Coast State Fair.
Carnival Eats is a television series about various eating establishments at carnivals in North America and features Cappe as he travels to the many carnivals, state fairs and festivals to sample a variety of unique culinary creations available only at these aptly named “gastronomic freak shows.”
“The Space Coast State Fair has been a bucket list item for me,” said Cappe.
“I’m a bit of a space buff and always been fascinated with the stars.”

Cappe, along with his 10-person production crew, will be filming the Carnival Eats episode all week at the Space Coast State Fair, which is being held at Space Coast Daily Park in Viera through next Sunday.
“This fair has been on our list for a few years and everything lined up – we are one day into shooting and all agree we made the right choice,” said Cappe.
Although he couldn’t reveal exactly what fair foods will be featured in the Space Coast State Fair episode, he did provide a few hints.
“I think we broke a record for the biggest burger patty we’ve ever cooked on a grill, and it’s part of a dish that is mind-boggling,” said Cappe.
The show will be aired next summer on the Cooking Channel.
