90 students in transition from around the district were surprised with $50 Target gift cards

More than 90 students in transition attending schools around the district were surprised with $50 Target gift cards for the holidays.(Brevard Public School image)

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – More than 90 students in transition attending schools around the district were surprised with $50 Target gift cards for the holidays.

The generous donation was made by CapCityKids, the Amherst Foundation, and MainStreet Renewals.

Texas-based nonprofit, CapCityKids, wanted to ensure that these kids were not overlooked for the holidays and to help brighten their spirits.

The Amherst Foundation and Brevard-based MainStreet Renewals assisted in getting the gift cards to BPS officials for distribution.
