Florida Prep Advances to State Championship Game after 66-37 Win Over Grandview Prep

Falcons will play for the FHSAA Class 2A Championship on Friday at 4:30 p.m.

FALCONS SEEK BACK-TO-BACK TITLES
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Florida Prep’s girls basketball team cruised into the FHSAA Class 2A state championship game on Wednesday after they defeated Boca Raton Grandview Prep 66-37 in a state semifinal contest in Lakeland, according to the FHSAA.
Florida Prep (23-7) will face either Florida A&M High in the Class 2A state championship game at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
The Falcons, who are looking for their second consecutive state title, got off to a fast start in the game, as they led 36-14 at halftime and never looked back.
Like their swift namesake, the Lady Falcons swooped in on their target, winning their first-ever FHSAA Class 2A State Championship last season.
