BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard County election administrative offices in Titusville, Viera, Melbourne and Palm Bay will reopen to the public on Monday, May 18 at 8 a.m.

“Although we have been closed to the public for the last eight weeks in compliance with the county’s closure, we have continued to process 7,582 requests from voters including new registrations, signature updates, and party changes, verify 18,183 petitions, process 3,346 mail ballot requests, conduct judicial candidate qualifying, and respond to public records requests,” said Brevard County Supervisor of Elections Lori Scott.

“That said, we look forward to seeing our voters in person again. All offices have been equipped with social distancing guidelines, stanchions, and floor spacing decals to keep everyone safe.”

Scott is encouraging voters who wish to practice social distancing in the August 18 Primary and November 3 General Elections to request their mail ballot today.

Voting by mail can be done in the safety and comfort of the voter’s home.

Additionally, voters can track their mail ballot through the entire process on the VoteBrevard.gov website which is also where voters can request to be placed on the mail ballot request list or by calling 321-633-2127.
