City of Cocoa To Shutdown Portion of Fiske Blvd. Today for ‘March for Justice’ Demonstration

Road Closure: between Rosa L. Jones and State Road 520 and King Street at 2 p.m.

BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – The City of Cocoa has announced that portions of Fiske Blvd. will be shut down on Saturday, June 6 for a “March for Justice” event scheduled for Saturday afternoon.

City officials say both directions of Fiske Boulevard (State Road 519) will be closed to motorists between Rosa L. Jones and State Road 520 and King Street beginning at 2 p.m. Saturday.

Motorists are being advised to avoid the area and use an alternate route.

Barricades will be used at both ends of the roadblock and will include side streets in between Rosa L. Jones and State Road 520 and King Sreet.
