SpaceX Reschedules Falcon 9 Rocket Launch Carrying Starlink 9 to Saturday Morning from Kennedy Space Center

SpaceX is scheduled to launch a Falcon 9 rocket on Saturday, July 11, carrying the Starlink 9 from Kennedy Space Center’s historic LC-39A.

BREVARD COUNTY • KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, FLORIDA – SpaceX is scheduled to launch a Falcon 9 rocket on Saturday, July 11, carrying the Starlink 9 from Kennedy Space Center’s historic LC-39A.

Launch is targeted for 10:54 a.m. ET

The 45th Weather Squadron latest weather report shows conditions are 60-percent favorable for Saturday’s launch.

The mission will carry Starlink 9 which will be the tenth batch of satellites designated for SpaceX’s Starlink broadband network.

Following first stage separation, SpaceX will attempt to recover the first stage booster engine on drone ship ‘Of Course, I Still Love You’ stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.
