Sunshine State Conference Unanimously Agreed to Postpone Winter Sports Due to COVID-19

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Sunshine State Conference Athletic Directors and Presidents Council have unanimously agreed to postpone all competition in the sports of basketball and swimming through December 31, 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Conference will determine and communicate conference schedules and conference championship information in these sports at a later date.

Florida Tech and the member institutions of the SSC continue to explore seasons of competition for each of our fall, winter, and spring sports programs to take place during the spring semester of 2021.
