BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Palm Bay Police Department posts their thanks to Maria Dockery from Femme Fatale Arms who raised money that will go toward the newest technology to protect our canine partners.
“Today, we were able to meet with Maria to accept the check for $5,020. Thank you Femme Fatale, and thank you Palm Bay for your support!” said Palm Bay Police Department.
The Palm Bay Police Department’s Canine Unit is among the best and most highly trained in the State of Florida.
The K-9 Teams assigned to the Uniform Services Division are cross-trained for Patrol (handler protection, building search, area search, tracking, and evidence search). All teams are certified through FDLE as Patrol dogs, which is a minimum standard.
Femme Fatale Arms believe it is key to become truly armed and learn as much about your firearm and shooting as you can, and to practice often.
Frequently practicing what you learn in class will develop the necessary skills and habits you will need to effectively defend yourself.
Femme Fatale’s Training staff are constantly researching and learning the latest techniques in defensive shooting to pass these onto their students.
