Melbourne Police Seek Community’s Help to Locate Theft Suspects Who Attempted to Steal Money from Tropic Car Wash

Police are seeking to locate suspects who attempted theft of Tropic Car Wash on Sarno Rd. in Melbourne. If anyone can identify the suspect(s) and vehicles or have additional information, please contact CRIMELINE at 1-800-423-TIPS (8477) or Criminal Investigations Division at 321-608-6731.

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Police are seeking to locate suspects who attempted theft of Tropic Car Wash on Sarno Rd. in Melbourne.

According to a police spokesperson, on two separate occasions between October 12 and November 25, the bill acceptor machine at the Tropic Car Wash on Sarno Rd was tampered with in an effort to obtain the cash inside.

The first incident shows the suspect appeared to be driving a dark colored Ford F150 crew cab truck.

In the second incident, the suspect appeared to be driving a dark colored 4 door BMW.
