BREVARD COUNTY • CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA – SpaceX is scheduled to launch a Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station on Monday, January 4.

Launch window opens at 8:27 p.m. ET.

The mission will launch a Turksat 5A communications satellite for Turksat, which is a Turkish satellite operator.

It will provide Ku-band television broadcast services over Turkey, the Middle East, Europe and Africa.

Following first stage separation, SpaceX will attempt to recover the booster engine on drone ship ‘Of Course, I Still Love You’
