BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – All four Health First hospitals have earned the Leapfrog Full Transparency Badge, recognizing the hospitals’ commitment to publicly reporting information about patient safety and quality through the annual Leapfrog Hospital Survey.
Holmes Regional Medical Center, Viera Hospital, Cape Canaveral Hospital, and Palm Bay Hospital have each earned the Leapfrog Group’s Full Transparency Badge, a national recognition for commitment to transparency in patient safety and quality reporting. The badge recognizes hospitals that complete, affirm, and submit all sections of Leapfrog’s hospital survey.

The Leapfrog Full Transparency Badge appears on Leapfrog’s public ratings website and identifies hospitals that have committed to openly sharing information about their performance.
