Edgewood senior Trevor Meyer will join the “best of the best” for the National Association for Music Education (NAfME) 2020 All-National Honor Ensembles Virtual Event, to be held January 7–8.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA — Edgewood senior Trevor Meyer will join the “best of the best” for the National Association for Music Education (NAfME) 2020 All-National Honor Ensembles Virtual Event, to be held January 7–8.

Trevor has been playing a wide variety of musical instruments for 10 years and practiced with a dedication to gain a chair or part in his local, district, and state music honor ensembles, earning him a place in the national concert along with 551 other student musicians from 50 states and territories.

He plans on studying Aerospace Engineering in college as a Questbridge Scholar.

The All-National Honor Ensembles performers represent collaboration and creativity in its highest musical form. Selected students will be rehearsing a challenging repertoire in preparation for performing under the direction of six of the most prominent conductors in the country.
