UPDATE: SpaceX Falcon 9 Rocket Launch on Monday Delayed From Cape Canaveral, Will Attempt Launch on Wednesday

BREVARD COUNTY • CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA – SpaceX has delayed a Falcon 9 rocket launch that was scheduled for Monday from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.

New launch window is scheduled to open at 8:28 p.m. ET. on Wednesday and closes at 12:28 a.m. ET on Thursday.

The mission will launch a Turksat 5A communications satellite for Turksat, which is a Turkish satellite operator.

It will provide Ku-band television broadcast services over Turkey, the Middle East, Europe and Africa.

Following first stage separation, SpaceX will attempt to recover the booster engine on drone ship ‘Of Course, I Still Love You’
