BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – As the Space Coast CityFest rapidly approaches, event organizers are excited to announce that they are dedicating the month of February as “Love Your Neighbor” month.
The Space Coast CityFest is set to take over Space Coast Daily Park March 6-7 in Viera, Florida, featuring exciting concert headliners will include Casting Crowns, Mac Powell, Mandisa, Andy Mineo, Zach Williams and Social Club Misfits.
“We are challenging every single church to engage in neighborhood ministry by throwing lots of parties across the Space Coast,” said Space Coast CityFest organizers.
Both church congregations and individuals are encouraged to “Love Your Neighbor” in the month of February.
Some churches may decide to host block parties in their parking lots, movie nights, or even food truck events, while some individuals may host Superbowl parties, potlucks, or even pancakes in their driveways. The options are endless.
“Whatever you decide, we want to equip you, resource you, and mobilize you to be salt and light in your community to “Love Your Neighbor” well,” said Space Coast CityFest organizers.
“These Block parties create an amazing opportunity to hand out CityFest invitation tickets and invite your community, friends, neighbors, and family to CityFest in March.
“We’ve created a few resources that you might find useful. Take a look at “How to throw a Block party” Kit, and “50 Ways to Love Our Neighborhoods” to get the creative ideas going.”
