Dealing with body pain can be devastating for you to handle. Here are some methods to help you get immediate body pain relief:

1. A Hot Bath or Shower

Most of the body pain you’ll have in life will be in your muscles. Therefore, a hot bath or shower might be the number one solution to resolve yourself of such issues. A bath is most likely the better option because you’ll get to soak your entire body in it, including the painful part. If you want to add to your healing process, you can put a cup of menthol or eucalyptus crystals in your hot bath. They will give you some additional soothing.

2. A Hot Cup of Tea

A huge portion of pain is caused by inflammation in the body. That’s why hot herbal tea can give you almost an immediate solution. The best teas for inflammation are turmeric, ginger, green tea and pineapple tea. Try any one of these amazing teas the next time you feel inflammation anywhere in your body.

3. Ice Packets

Ice packets can give you immediate relief if you are suffering from an injury. The ice will restrict the blood vessels and prevent you from swelling in the area where you received the injury. It will also give you a sense of relief because its cold nature will shock your system and make you forget about the other existing ailment. You’ll have to act quickly, however, because the body can start to swell up fast. If you don’t have an ice pack, you can take two or three blocks of ice and put them inside of a bag and then wrap them up in a towel.

4. CBD Topicals

Gels and creams can help to alleviate your pain right away. An example of a topical agent you might want to try is OTC topical CBD. This type of topical agent contains several ingredients that are designed to relieve you of pain almost instantly. Examples of ingredients included in these gels and creams are menthol, CBD oil and hemp extract oil. Some of them may also contain peppermint. All of these agents will work together to alleviate your pain and leave your body feeling soothed and relaxed, as well.

5. Over-The-Counter Painkillers

Last but not least, you can try some of the most common over-the-counter remedies for your pain. The two remedies that most people run to are Tylenol and ibuprofen. Tylenol is a non-narcotic painkiller. Ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory agent, and thus, it will work much better for you in situations where inflammation exists. It could rid you of a headache, toothache or muscle pain within 10-20 minutes. This solution isn’t as immediate as some of the other solutions are, but it can help you a lot. Try taking two pills if you have body pain.

You can use any of the above-mentioned solutions to rid yourself of body pain. They’ll give you the comfort you need when your body isn’t doing so well.
