BREVARD COUNTY • INDIALANTIC – Florida East Coast Real Estate, Inc. has opened another location at 344 Fifth Avenue (U.S. Route 192) in Indialantic, aptly described as their new “beachside” office.

The brokerage, founded by Lynnette Hendricks 15 years ago, is growing to meet the needs of its real estate professionals and clients alike.

The company is also unveiling a new Luxury & Distinctive Properties subset with a total focus approach of white-glove marketing of luxury, waterfront and distinctive residences throughout Brevard County.

“We already have several real estate associates who live in the southern part of Brevard County, so this provides them with an office location closer to home, and better serves our growing Satellite Beach, Indialantic, Melbourne, Melbourne Beach, Sebastian and Palm Bay market share,” says Lynnette Hendricks, Owner/Broker

“We already have several real estate associates who live in the southern part of Brevard County, so this provides them with an office location closer to home, and better serves our growing Satellite Beach, Indialantic, Melbourne, Melbourne Beach, Sebastian and Palm Bay market share,” says Lynnette Hendricks, Owner/Broker.

“We’ve recently had conversations with real estate professionals living as far south as Grant/Valkaria who are looking for a brokerage that’s dynamic, cutting-edge, strategically located, and offers exceptional support and training.

“We still believe that office visibility and exposure is an essential catalyst for success in any real estate market. While some brokerages are eliminating offices, relocating to more remote locations, and or advising their agents to meet clients at coffee shops, we continue to seek out convenient, highly visible locations in our busiest market centers,” said Hendricks.

Hendricks said many client discussions and negotiations require discretion that cannot be offered in a public space.

“Our new location is next door to iconic Kempf’s Jewelers and just down the street from Djon’s Village Market, one of Brevard’s newest and most exciting market, restaurant and rooftop cocktail venues,” said Jon ScottSanty, Broker Associate.

“We couldn’t be more excited to be a part of this quaint beachside community and expand our market coverage in the southern part of Brevard.”

Florida East Coast Real Estate’s trademarked slogan “Our Mission Is Getting Results™” and branding reflects their deep respect for the area’s space program and military legacy.

“I am really excited to see us expanding in the beachside market. The office on Fifth Avenue is just perfect for us,” said Mendy (Melinda) Downs, one of the team’s real estate agents who resides in Satellite Beach.

“Lynnette Hendricks listened to our need for a beachside location and reacted quickly. One of the things I like about being affiliated with an independent brokerage brand with local leadership.”
