Customers are the most valuable commodity, so it is essential that you pay attention to the customer experience you have, whether you’re an online retailer or an online casino.

One method is to invest in user interface design and provide the consumers with a mobile application. Over half of young people say they would not purchase a product from a company that provides a bad mobile app experience. They would not recommend such a company to their mates.

The Benefits

The mobile application market is one of the fastest-growing markets in the world. But what are the main benefits of creating a mobile application for your business? With the continued growth of mobile and the ever-changing customer behavior, having an app for any company would quickly become a requirement.

Developing a mobile app is a sure-fire way to remain competitive and establish a strong presence in your industry. They allow businesses to stand out from the crowd by providing a visually appealing and interactive atmosphere. If they haven’t already, the rivals would almost certainly incorporate mobile applications into their business plan. As a result, any delay in app development can cause you to fall behind the competition.

Building Relationships – Mobile apps allow you to strengthen your partnership with your consumers and promote your business by developing exclusive offers for mobile users, such as exclusive sales deals available only on the app or simply a loyalty program in which users earn points that they can then redeem for your products.

Gaining New Client’s – Mobile apps are an excellent way to attract new customers and increase sales since they enable customers to shop from anywhere at any time. Customers can easily order goods or services from their phone instead of going to a physical store at a specific time or calling your company.

You make communicating with your organization more straightforward and more effective by allowing your clients to access your services exclusively via the mobile app. This does not only apply to products or online shopping; service suppliers can be the most benefited from a mobile app. For example, an online casino mobile app, is definitively going to drive more customers, people can play whenever they want to and where ever they are, having a huge portfolio of games and bonuses that make digital gambling more exciting.

Quicker Service – Mobile apps are not only faster than their PC counterparts; by using mobile functionality, they can also streamline several processes. For example, many businesses, including online banking services, allow customers to log into the system using fingerprints or facial recognition rather than entering a password. You may also give your customers offline access to the most critical sections of your mobile app, such as different documents, personal information, or business news.

Marketing Boost – The most significant advantage of providing your consumers with a mobile app is the opportunity to maximize the exposure of your brand. When your consumers see your logo while browsing through their applications, having an app installed on their phone serves as a great reminder. Furthermore, you can easily set up push alerts to alert users about your deal even if they do not regularly open the app. Customers would become more involved with the business if you do this.

Mobile applications help companies capture data from their clients

Understanding Your Audience – A mobile app provides businesses with a one-of-a-kind opportunity to understand their customers. More precisely, an app allows companies to capture, analyze, and leverage consumer data effectively. Apps, by gathering information such as customer desires and behavior, can impact marketing strategies by providing helpful consumer insights.

Understanding user motivations, the most common features or routes, and who your customers are will assist you in making the right strategic decisions to direct your marketing efforts in the right direction. As a result, companies may use data-driven marketing approaches to provide customers with a highly personalized experience with apps.

There is no going back now that the world has gone mobile. Mobile applications are handy for attracting new consumers and retaining existing customers, regardless of industry. If you want to enhance the customer experience, increase interaction, or increase revenue, launching an app will help you get there. It is critical to capitalize on the mobile app market while it is still largely untapped. This will allow you to reap the benefits of mobile business apps.

Setting An Example

Here we will look at some of the businesses that have benefited hugely from launching a mobile application.

Nivea – Nivea Sun Kids developed a smartphone app and technology-enhanced magazine inserts to help parents keep track of their children in crowded places like the beach. The “The Protection Ad” campaign included a bracelet embedded in magazines that work in tandem with a smartphone app to enable parents to track their children’s every move.

The app was simply an extension of an advertisement. It was intuitive and didactic, tracking the ad’s movement when it was on the child’s arm. All that was required was to download the app from the App Store or Google Play, pair the bracelet, identify the kid, and select the distance they should travel. The app sent a warning if the distance was exceeded. This simple mobile application increased sales by 62% and sets a fantastic example of how it can boost sales.

Starbucks – Starbucks, which debuted in 2009, allowed users to find nearby coffee shops, learn about coffee varieties, types, and brews, and recommend their own drinks. Starbucks expanded its digital footprint two years later by introducing its loyalty service to customers’ smartphones through the Card Mobile App.

Customers could use their phones to pay for in-store transactions. Currently, the app handles about 20% of all loyalty card purchases. Starbucks merged its apps with Square, a mobile payment system, and Apple’s Passbook feature in 2012, allowing loyalty card data to be viewed on an iPhone. The mobile site cannot match a mobile app’s unique features and speed of access.

IKEA have revolutionized the furniture industry with their mobile application

IKEA – Customers can use the Ikea app to take a photo of a room in their home and digitally ‘install’ Ikea furniture to see how it looks in the space. That piques the customer’s attention and allows them to make a beeline for the product when they visit the shop. After selecting a piece of furniture by scanning a page of a printed catalog, users were instructed to place the catalog on the floor, which served as an anchor for the 3D image of the furniture.
