BREVARD COUNTY • MIMS, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office has identified the person found dead Wednesday morning in the area of Cuyler Street and Hammock Road in Mims.

The investigation began when deputies responded to the area after a county worker discovered a body located off the roadway.

Agents have identified the person as 24-year-old Teaon Sanders from Titusville.

The investigation is ongoing as agents continue to conduct interviews and examine evidence from the scene.

Sanders’ body was taken to the Brevard County Medical Examiner’s Office where an autopsy will be conducted.
