West Melbourne Police Seek Community’s Help After Suspicious Death of Three-Year-Old Jameson Nance

Manns has an active warrant for Child Neglect with Great Bodily Harm

The West Melbourne Police Department is requesting the public’s help as the continue investigating the June 11, 2021 suspicious death of little three year old Jameson Nance.

BREVARD COUNTY • WEST MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The West Melbourne Police Department is requesting the community’s help as they continue to investigate the June 11, 2021 suspicious death of three-year-old Jameson Nance.

Police say 25-year-old Joshua Andrew Manns is a person of interest in the death of the young boy.

Manns left the West Melbourne residence where the child was found dead, prior to law enforcement’s arrival and has eluded law enforcement ever since.

Manns was last seen most recently at the intersection of Apopka-Vineland Road and Colonial Drive, according to Orange County Sheriff’s Office, Florida.

He has also been spotted in the Silverstar Road and N. Hiawassee Road area, as well as the South John Young Parkway corridor.

Manns currently has an active warrant for his arrest for Child Neglect with Great Bodily Harm.

Additional charges are pending.

Suspect’s information: Joshua Andrew Manns, born on 06/10/1996, 6’6” tall, approximately 200 lbs, brown hair possibly pulled back into a “bun”, and usually wears glasses.
