TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA – Governor Ron DeSantis calls on President Biden to help provide internet access to the people of Cuba standing up against communist oppression.

The people of Cuba are engaged in the noble cause of fighting against a communist dictatorship.
One of the most effective things we can do as a country to support the Cuban people is to get internet connectivity back on the island.
Time is of the essence in Cuba. The one thing that communist regimes fear the most is the truth.
If we’re able to help the people of Cuba communicate amongst themselves and to the outside world, the truth will prevail.
I am calling on President Biden to step up and help provide internet to the Cuban people.
