Live music from the band Derek and the Slammers will be on Vernon Place, and the Dueling Pianos will be located on New Haven Avenue.

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Downtown Melbourne Food and Wine Festival will take place on Saturday, November 13th in Historic Downtown Melbourne.

The Downtown Melbourne Food and Wine Festival is Brevard’s Premiere Culinary Experience. Local restaurants will provide food samples, complimented with wine and other beverages throughout the event.

“We are thrilled to announce that we will be hosting the Downtown Melbourne Food and Wine Festival on November 13th,” said Kim Agee, Executive Director for Melbourne Main Street.”

“Visitors to the Festival will experience a culinary adventure while strolling the quaint district, come celebrate taste with the community. We appreciate the partnership with our presenting sponsor, Sysco who is helping offset costs for the participating restaurants.

“A new partner this year is Parasol, a community for active adults, with upscale amenities, on-site staff and modern living spaces all under one umbrella. On behalf of Downtown Melbourne, we look forward to seeing their improvements in the community.”

Tickets are required to sample the food and wine, however, Downtown is open to non-ticket holders to visit the local restaurants, entertainment and shops during the festival. General admission tickets, which included sips and samples from all vendors are $100.00.

The festival begins at 5:30 p.m., rain or shine. Parking is limited for this event, and attendees are encouraged to rideshare.
