BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Members of our Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit arrested 54-year-old Pierre Christophe of Lafayette, Louisiana for Use of a Computer to Facilitate Unlawful Travel to Meet a Minor and Use of a Computer to Solicit a Parent/Guardian.

The investigation began in January of this year after Christophe and an undercover Agent from the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office engaged in an online conversation about incest.

Christophe told the Agent that he always wanted to be involved in an incestuous relationship involving a child and subsequently went into specific details about the sexual activities he wanted to engage in with the child.

Christophe later made arrangements to meet the undercover Agent for the purpose of having sexual relations with a minor child and then drove from his home in Louisiana to Brevard County where he was arrested after arriving at the prearranged location.

Christophe was taken into custody without incident and was transported to the Brevard County Jail Complex on a $100,000 bond on the charges of Use of a Computer to Facilitate Unlawful Travel to Meet a Minor and also Use of a Computer to Solicit a Parent/Guardian.

I’m not exactly sure what kind of sick demented person would want to have sex with a child but I am sure that we will lock your butt behind bars if you try to do it in Brevard County.

Another Great Job by our Cyber Crime Agents who work hard every day to protect our most innocent of citizens and our children.
