Congressman Bill Posey Presents Brevard County Commissioner Bryan Lober With ‘Friends of the Taxpayer’ Award

U.S. Congressman Bill Posey, right, presented  Brevard County Commissioner Bryan Lober with a “Friends of the Taxpayer” award which recognized Lober’s contributions to keeping mileage rates on taxes at a consistently reduced level on the Space Coast. Posey represents Florida’s 8th Congressional District which encompasses all of Brevard and Indian River Counties, and a small portion of Orange County, including Bithlo, Christmas and Wedgefield.  Posey, a Republican, was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2008 and is currently serving his seventh term. Lober represents District 2 on the Brevard County Commission, which includes Merritt Island, Cocoa, Rockledge, Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach. He was first elected in 2018 and is running for reelection
