BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The National Weather Service in Melbourne calls for a slight chance of showers, then showers, and possibly a thunderstorm after 2 p.m., patchy fog before 9 a.m., and a high near 81. East to southeast wind will be from 5 to 10 mph, the chance of precipitation is 80%, and new rainfall amounts between three quarters and one inch possible on Saturday.

■ Saturday Night: Showers and possibly a thunderstorm, mainly before 2 a.m., then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2am. Low around 65. North wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New rainfall amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible.

■ Sunday: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 79. West wind 5 to 10 mph becoming north in the afternoon.

■ Sunday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 65. Northeast wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.

■ Monday: A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly sunny, with a high near 80. East wind 5 to 15 mph.

■ Monday Night: A 20 percent chance of showers. Partly cloudy, with a low around 68. Southeast wind 5 to 10 mph.
