BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – National Weather Service has issued special weather statement for portion of Brevard County as a system moves through the area carrying 50 mph winds and rain.

Hail is not expected with the storm.

Motorists should use caution.

The impacted areas include Melbourne, Merritt Island, Rockledge, Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Satellite Beach and Viera.
